---present draft 2020 budget as recommended by treasurer Susan Albert. Discuss for changes
VOTE on proposed budget—any suggestions for additions/subtractions? (i.e., add ECAC Membership/donation)
--- IRS Form 990 – meeting at H& R block (Susan & Karen)
--- application to NYS Attorney General’s Office Charities Bureau for registration with EXEMPT reporting status (Karen & Susan). This is helpful for future grants. We are currently obligated to report annually to NYS Dept of ED instead of AG’s Office. However, AG keeps a list of NYS non-profits published online for grants, etc. so we applied so we can be on the list. This will give us a registration number and assist in our IRS 990 forms.

5. Communications--- emails, thank-you notes, letters, announcements

7. Standing Committees--- a) Library, Museum, Historic Sites Committee --- WHS open for researchers on the third Tues. of each month, 10am-1pm next research day- Tuesday, March 17th----WHO?
--- moving WHS cabinets, etc. downstairs in Community Center when remodeling done
b) Publications and Programs Committee ---
--- Programs for 2020—still a work in progress
--- Lake Placid School History Fair project—June 11th-18th
---- set up “donate” button on Facebook? (tabled, may be positively affected by AG Charities Bureau registration)
--- Festival of Colors— Raffle & Theme updates, Sat. Sept. 12th
--- WWW Run & Festival— Saturday, June 20th
--- Planning with Town for 200th Anniversary Town of Wilmington in 2022---
