This volume is the third is a series devoted to presenting a transcription of the surviving serial manuscript records, 1830-1900, for the Town of Wilmington, Essex County, New York, in the High Peaks region of the Adirondack Mountains. All genealogically significant schedules for the 1860 Federal Census and the 1865 New York State Census have been transcribed. These include the following: Population, Agricultural, Industrial, Mortality, Marriage and Death, Deaf, Dumb, Blind, Insane & Idiotic, and the Miscellaneous Schedule.
